Do you take away items I no longer need?
Yes. Depending on the type of package you select, items can be responsibly recycled or donated. If your project requires larger removal, we work with a range of partners to tackle this.
Will you make me get rid of things I don’t want to?
No. We will never pressure you to get rid of things you’re not comfortable with. We appreciate that decluttering can be challenging, but we’re there to support you.
I want to book a consultation, but I’m too embarrassed by the current state of my home, can you help?
100%. We have a zero judgement policy when it comes to your home. If it helps, we can offer virtual consultations. We are here to help, and remember this is our job. We aim to leave you not only with a well organised home, but systems in place so you can keep it that way.
I need help for my business rather than my home. Is this something you do?
Absolutely. We have experience working with clients to organise and declutter office spaces, paperwork and stock rooms. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will prepare a package to suit.
Is your service insured?
Yes. Twenty Eight Homes is covered by comprehensive professional liability insurance, should there be any need for it. Luckily, we have had no issues to date.
